How We Do It
We encourage young individuals to take control of their lives. Youths play important roles in society by renewing and refreshing their statuses such as innovations, skills, and leadership. Impact 45-The Projectiles is established to engage young people in activities such as leadership and development. Several core values are implemented to guide our organization and the youths we serve, in what we do. We hope that using these core values to empower youths can enable young individuals in different parts of the globe to accomplish activities that benefit society in various ways.

Personal development entails aspects designed to enhance learning potential, talents, employability, and wealth. Personal development can enable youths to improve themselves by making efforts to maximize their abilities. Impact 45-The Projectiles supports youths to become better versions of themselves, enhance existing skills, learn from previous mistakes and adopt strategies to overcome challenges through training, guidance, and education. Personal growth and learning are key aspects of personal development. Society can realize positive outcomes such as increased performance and development when youths utilize personal development to enhance their potentials.

Purpose is associated with generalized and stable intentions to achieve something meaningful to the self and has consequences to others. Developing a sense of purpose helps the youth achieve a positive mood, greater satisfaction, and civil engagement. Purpose facilitates the improvement of the youths’ potentials by increasing their motivation to learn and advance their cognitive capacities. A sense of purpose can help youths understand their roles in society, resulting in improved growth.

Responsibility refers to the state of having control over something or the duty to accomplish something. While we support and promote the rights of every child, we encourage our youths to be accountable for their daily actions. A sense of responsibility promotes teamwork resulting in the acquisition and development of advanced skills and knowledge, and thus, increased performance and positive outcomes are witnessed in society. responsibility contributes to improved self-esteem, making youths willing to learn new concepts and skills.

Our mission is to develop a generation of young people that will impact the World, by empowering and helping them to grow up in wisdom and stature, and finding favor with God and man. Also, teaching Youth to be responsible citizens and servant leaders that will make meaningful contributions to the development of Nations.

The vision of Impact 45 – The Projectiles is to see a generation of young people rise up to impact their world positively.
OUR GOALS
The purpose of the organization shall be as follows:
To empower Youths to maximize their God-given potentials through coaching, youth clubs in schools and the communities, conducting youth camps, conferences, seminars, workshops, and discussion forums that will equip them with the right attitude, resources and information that they need to impact the World positively. This will include working with families to get meaningfully and continuously engaged in their children’s learning and development.
To provide support, materially and financially, and in any other form possible, to youths and their families, that will help alleviate poverty, get them out of situations that create stumbling blocks to success, and put them in the right position in life where their potentials can be realized. This support will include international relief to economically disadvantaged youths and their families in Africa and other developing and underdeveloped countries.
To provide Education and skills training to youth, especially those of the under-served populations, and the less privileged. This will include tutoring, art and craft, designing, and other skills that will lead to self-sufficiency and productivity. This will be done at different levels (clubs/groups, camps, conferences, seminars, workshops, and discussion forums) through, or with guidance from, Impact Academy.
