Adults who have the passion and the desire to work with young people between the ages of 13 and 24 serve as Club/Group Advisors bringing together young people in schools and in their communities, coaching, mentoring, training and equipping them with the right attitude, resources and information that they need to impact the World positively. Youth clubs in schools and the communities are conducted in accordance with the vision, mission, and core values of Impact 45-The Projectiles. Like an ideal projectile motion, maximum range is achieved when the firing angle is 45°. Our Youths are Projectiles ready for the launch at an angle of 45° that will keep them at their maximum potential long enough to make the greatest impact in their societies. Every Youth (a Projectile) is prepared, empowered, and equipped to ‘Aim high and go far’. The ratio of Club/Group Advisor to Youth (Projectiles) in a group is not more than 1:15.

Youth service – Projectiles are well prepared and encouraged to constantly look for opportunities to serve in their communities.

Youth organizing - Projectiles are well prepared and encouraged to organize activities and projects that bring together their peers in their communities.

Youth advocacy - Projectiles are well prepared and encouraged to speak out on issues affecting their welfare, well-being, and personal Development.

Youth voice - Projectiles are well prepared and encouraged to find opportunities for their voices to be heard and make contributions to projects especially in areas of community and national development.

Civic participation - Projectiles are well prepared and encouraged to participate in a wide range of formal and informal activities such as voting, volunteering, and participating in community activities,

Youth Mentors - Projectiles are well prepared and encouraged to get involved in peer counseling and teaching.

Impact 45-The Projectiles works with families to get meaningfully and continuously engaged in their children’s learning and development.

The Virtuous Wife -

The Vitreous Wife is a group of married women with a mission to build women to become active support to their families and extend love to others.

Impact 45P-The Academy focuses on education and training that are geared towards empowering and equipping the youths (Projectiles) towards self-sufficiency and productivity.

Youth Support - Support, materially, financially, and in any other form possible, is provided to needy and deserving Youth and their families, that will help alleviate poverty, get them out of situations that create stumbling blocks to success, and put them in the right position in life where their potentials can be realized. This support will include international relief to economically disadvantaged youth and their families in Africa and other developing and underdeveloped countries
